This post continues in the same vein as the last one, that is, how to achieve our goals.
One way to do this is by building the right habits and then implementing them into solid daily routines.
We all have big goals, we all want to achieve something substantial in life. The “wanting” part is always there, but unfortunately the same cannot always be said for the “achieving”.
Today I recalled an important truth. I’m sure this isn’t news for you, yet I felt like writing it down, so that I don’t forget it… Everybody wants what they don’t have.
What was the last time you did something you have never done before? Or did something differently?
Your body and your brain are very well equipped to adapt to anything you either do or don’t do.
(First of all, I’d like to start this post by the way of saying hi to anyone that might stumble upon my website. You taking the time to read it means the world to me…)
My first big move happened 3 days ago. From a 40k-something town straight into our capital. The majestic Prague! I’m really excited to see what the next chapter of my life will be like.
